"Mind Re-Set" is a practical program that requires less than five minutes of quiet listening time each day followed by thought and action convergence.

It is highly recommended that students listen to only one session each day, over the course of 21 days, to feel and apply these pragmatic approaches to transforming one's life.

This is designed to offer direct thought outlook transition over a 21 day period respecting that each student has a busy life schedule therefore this course is in no way time intrusive.

This course takes the depth of Guru philosophy and offers quintessential tips to project these teachings into daily life in the most efficient way possible.
